I feel I am in the same boat. I'm...I love this. I feel I am in the same boat. I'm trying a new tactic this week...forming habits. I pick one thing out of each area of my life that I want to improve and start forming a habit. For example, one I'm trying this month is working out everyday. Whether it's an hour at the gym or a 15 min walk around my neighborhood. I have to do something.
